In just over a year Matchable has grown from a single person to a team of individuals, all committed to helping non-profits and impact start-ups make meaningful impact. Every day we support organisations that are working to make the world a better place.
As we grow, we must commit to living our values as a company and intentionally building a company culture that is welcoming and accepting to all. We hope to earn a place alongside the impact organisations that we support, as a company working to make the world a better place.
We have been working to ensure that our practices, culture, and team reflect these values, whilst also recognising that there are many areas for improvement within Matchable as an organisation.
