  • Matchable Ltd will store your personal data for a period of 3 years, after which time we will anonymise it so that your personal details are erased from our records.

Individuals wishing to have a copy of all data held on them, but where a request is deemed to be excessive or unfounded, will be charged £10 per request. From the point of submission in writing, we will aim to provide this within 14 days.

We will always verify the identity of anyone making a Subject Access Request before handing over any information.
