Matchable March Incentive Winners!

We’ve somehow found ourselves at the end of another quarter, and you know what that means: it’s time to announce the winners of our Matchable incentives!

Here at Matchable, we’re proud to say that our employee volunteers are truly dedicated to making a positive global impact, and we consider ourselves incredibly lucky to work with this fantastic community.

Over Q1, we’ve seen a real increase in volunteers getting involved with projects, and even better, getting their colleagues and teams involved as well!

Volunteers have been busy supporting a range of causes, including empowering prison-leavers on their rehabilitation journeys at Breakthrough, improving mental wellbeing at work through Stress Matters, and supporting sustainability and women’s entrepreneurial efforts via Ruby Moon – to name but a few!

How could we not want to reward all of this fantastic work?!

For those involved in projects with us, we have a short feedback survey designed to help Matchable improve our service and ensure we’re keeping ourselves aligned with the goals and interests of our volunteer community. Anyone kind enough to complete this survey is entered into our quarterly prize draw to win a Social Supermarket gift box!

We have also recently launched our new Mix & Match Monthly Incentive. Each month focuses around a different theme, and if volunteers Match to a project tagged as the theme of the month, they are automatically entered into a prize draw to win a surprise gift from one of our impact organisations. In March, our theme was Gender Equality, in celebration of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month.

And so without further ado…

The Winner of our March mix & Match incentive 🎊

Andrea from Runway east

Andrea is currently volunteering with Ila, a tech for good app working to make all retail spaces into safe spaces for survivors of domestic abuse to seek support and refuge. Andrea is helping Ila with their financial documents, thereby empowering them to attract better investment opportunities.

As our winner, Andrea will receive a Tea Gift Box Set from Nemi Teas, one of our amazing impact organisations who are working hard to equip refugees with key employability skills to help them on their journey to stability and safety.

Not to worry if you weren’t our lucky winner, as our Mix & Match Incentive for April is officially live!

Any volunteer who Matches to a project tagged as ‘Mental Health’ across April will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a new surprise gift from one of our impact organisations. For volunteers looking for more info, please contact your Volunteer Matchmaker Lindsay at lindsay@wearematchable.com to get involved.

We are also very pleased to congratulate the winner of our quarterly feedback survey prize draw…

Usman from Softwire

A massive thank you to Usman, and all of our other lovely volunteers, who took the time out to complete our short feedback survey to help Matchable be the very best it can be. We appreciate you!

For his prize, Usman has selected a Social Supermarket non-alcoholic cordial and snack box. Social Supermarket are one of our partners, and provide ethical gifting options so you can shop with a clear conscience!

This prize draw runs every quarter, so for any keen volunteers that have completed or are currently completing volunteering projects with us, we’d love to hear from you! Email your Volunteer Matchmaker Lindsay to find out how you can enter our prize draw.
