Meet The Founders: Liz Bastin and Stella Ezeogu from Empact

This week, as part of our founder series, we interviewed Liz Bastin and Stella Ezeogu, co-founders of Empact Consultancy CIC.

Having both had successful careers at leading employers, they decided to help others with their applications. At first this was just friends and family, but they quickly realised that getting jobs at prestigious employers was a serious challenge for a wide range of people. They founded EmPact so that they could help everyone from minority backgrounds, disadvantaged backgrounds, and those with hidden disabilities with applying to jobs at these firms.
