WE MATCHED BLOOMING ROSE, A NEW ORGANISATION PROMOTING DIVERSITY WITHIN THE UK HEALTH AND WELLNESS INDUSTRY, WITH A SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT FROM SERVICENOW TO HELP TRANSITION THIS ORGANISATION FROM IDEA TO REALITY.
Blooming Rose is a brand new organisation aiming to promote racial and fiscal equity for women of colour and diverse faiths within the UK health and wellness industry. It was founded by Manchester-born Rose, who is a second generation Black British female of Nigerian heritage. Rose has always felt compelled to support others like her, and Blooming Rose was founded to help achieve this goal.

Blooming Rose was seeking help with business strategy, to support the transition of the business from an idea to an operational business. They faced multiple challenges, including integrating relevant business design tools and identification of revenue streams.We matched them with Simon Morris, an Area VP in Solutions Consulting from ServiceNow, who used his extensive experience helping to launch and grow businesses to advise Blooming Rose on turning their idea into reality.
During their project Simon helped Blooming Rose in a variety of areas, including business strategy advice, recommendation of appropriate business design tools, and identification of revenue streams. His expertise allowed Blooming Rose to navigate the wealth of information that is available to business owners to identify the best products and approaches for them.
