MATCHABLE HAS PARTNERED WITH TIMES TOP 100 COMPANY SOFTWIRE TO MATCH THEIR DEVELOPERS WITH HIGH IMPACT PROJECTS DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC.
Matchable are working with Softwire developers who have additional capacity in Q2 2020 to match them with non-profits and impact startups that have made it their mission to help the most vulnerable during the Covid-19 outbreak.
The objective is to keep employees who are on the bench engaged and energised through projects they can do remotely, using their skills to help the community, and to provide (virtual) interaction for their employees as they work from home.
Within the first two weeks of April, the team at Softwire have already been matched with innovative sustainability startup, BUG to help them build an e-commerce site for their bug and insect recipe boxes, Storyskimo, the new audible for children who have seen a surge in demand for their services since the pandemic, and Workerbird, a new tracking app that allows workers to track their data to empower them to make better mental health and lifestyle decisions.
