As we start a new year, we wanted to take the opportunity to look back over the past 12 months and all that the Matchable team, and the amazing people and organisations we work with, have achieved!
WE MADE MATCHES

112 matches
£567k in value
In 2020, we delivered £567,000 of value to 54 amazing non-profits & impact startups through 112 matches and 3,606 hours volunteered!
This is double the value we provided in 2019, helping five times more non-profits and startups, and quadrupling the number of hours volunteered.
Since Matchable started we have delivered support valued at £850,000 to the impact organisations we work with. We’re excited to hit the £1m mark in 2021!

What else did 2020 include for the Matchable team?
WE GREW
At the beginning of 2020, the Matchable team grew from 1.5 people to over 9 Matchable team members joining us at various points throughout the year! We’re now a full time team of 5 (soon to be 6!) and can’t wait to continue growing in 2021. Meet the current team here and see our current vacancies to join!
We launched
In 2020 we launched Matchable at some of the world’s most innovative and well-known companies, both in the UK and internationally. Matchable projects are now available to thousands of employees at these companies, and to individual employees via online platforms like Learnerbly and Juno.
We Became a B Corp
This year we earned our B Corporation certification, joining a global movement of over 2,500 companies from 50 countries who are dedicated to social good.

We were nominated
Matchable received a few awards nods this year. We are currently a SheEO UK semi-finalist, and Foong was a finalist at the Baton Awards in the Thought Leader category. We are so pleased and honoured to be listed among other amazing founders and organisations!
