Helping Indeed flex hit £100k Impact From Volunteering

The Matchable team have taken the struggle of finding high-impact volunteering projects off our plate, and helped us to hit our ambitious goal of £100k of impact value created through employee volunteering in under a year! We've had over 70% employee engagement with the tool, and the team have committed over 420 hours to charities in need of their individual skills

Indeed Flex came to us with an ambitious goal of hitting £100k worth of impact value created for charities through employee volunteering. Since we started working together in 2022, we have matched their team with over 72 volunteering projects supporting causes such as homelessness, mental health, income inequality, and poverty.

Through their volunteering on the Matchable platform, the Indeed Flex team have contributed to 14 of the 17 sustainable development goals from the UN. In particular, their team matched the most with projects supporting goals No. 1 (No Poverty), No. 2 (Zero Hunger), No. 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and No. 3 (Good Health + Wellbeing).

This summer, we also organised some in-person team volunteering for the Indeed team, helping to to get out and about in the sun at their local community garden, harvesting produce to supply a community café, and turn food waste into renewable biogas + liquid fertiliser:
