WE MATCHED HEALTH TECH STARTUP THE COMMUNALITY WITH NEEMA AMIN, TO WORK ON REBRANDING AND STRATEGY IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19.
The Communality is a health tech startup, looking to build the first comprehensive community dedicated to helping users understand and share knowledge on the under-researched area of Histamine Intolerance. They aim to create the largest collection of resources for the 14% of the world’s population suffering from Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and Histamine Intolerance. As a one-stop resource for those with histamine related conditions, they will help people live healthier, stronger, and better lives.
The Communality got in touch with us looking for help with branding and marketing. They wanted to work on creating a memorable brand that engages users and represents the company values. We matched them with Neema, an individual Matchable member and experienced marketer (having worked at one of the world’s largest marketing agencies!), to work together on this.
While initially a marketing and branding project, Neema and the team at The Communality realised a step back to define the market would be helpful in light of the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. They then moved on to making relevant shifts in strategy, creating a valuable and positive experience for both parties!
